Bust
Measure around the fullest part with a tape slightly raised at the back
Make sure the measuring tape is snug but not tight.
Waist
Tie a cord around the narrowest part; measure around from behind. Leave the cord for other measurements.
Hip
Stand up straight with your feet together.
Have a friend measure over your hips and rear, around the fullest part.
